New and improved menus for inventory and MRP

Finally, manufacturing orders have also undergone many changes.  Supply costs can now be applied to OFs, and the link between parent and child OFs can be shown.  The scope of flexible consumption has also been extended, updating the OFs and components that were not part of the original BOM.
